Review the Filling Product Before Selecting the Bottle

An aluminium bottle, its internal coating and closure must be evaluated as one packaging system. A bottle that works for one cosmetic, personal-care or beverage product may not be suitable for a different formulation or filling process.

Aluveriq Packaging begins by confirming the filling product, intended application, bottle capacity, neck, closure type and destination-market requirements. These details help determine which existing bottle and coating options should enter sampling.

Final suitability cannot be confirmed from a reference image alone. Compatibility, filling and closure testing should be completed before bulk production.

Internal Coating Selection

The internal coating separates the filling product from the aluminium bottle body. Its selection depends on the product formulation, intended storage conditions, filling method and applicable market requirements.

Buyers should provide as much practical information as possible, including:

• Type of filling product
• Water-, oil- or alcohol-based formulation where relevant
• Intended filling temperature
• Expected shelf life
• Storage conditions
• Destination market
• Required compatibility, migration or food-contact testing

We review a suitable coating option according to the available project information. Where required, third-party testing can be arranged. This support should not be interpreted as confirmation that one coating is universally suitable for every formula.

Neck Specification and Closure Selection

The closure must match the aluminium bottle neck, thread and intended dispensing function. Available project combinations may include screw caps, pumps and sprayers made from aluminium, PP, PE or combined components.

Closure review normally covers:

• Neck diameter and thread
• Cap, pump or sprayer structure
• Liner or sealing component
• Dip-tube length where applicable
• Closure fit and engagement
• Dispensing requirement
• Packing arrangement

The required closure should be confirmed before the bottle specification is finalized. Changing the pump, sprayer or cap after bottle sampling may affect the neck requirement, sealing result, cost and development schedule.

Sample Matching and Functional Checks

A matched sample allows the buyer to review the bottle, coating and closure combination before mass production. Existing-model samples usually require approximately 7–12 days. Projects requiring a new bottle or neck structure normally take around 20–30 days for development.

• Bottle capacity and dimensions

• Neck and thread dimensions
• Closure appearance and fit
• Pump or sprayer operation
• Dip-tube specification

The buyer should test the sample under the intended filling, storage and use conditions. Written approval should identify the bottle model, coating, closure and any testing requirement.

Bulk Production and Quality Control

Bulk orders are manufactured against the approved sample and written specification. Production checks focus on coating condition, bottle and neck dimensions, closure fit, surface appearance and leakage where applicable.

Typical MOQ is approximately 5,000–20,000 pieces, with mass production generally requiring 25–40 days after sample and specification approval.
