Branding Developed Around the Bottle Specification
Aluveriq Packaging supports custom colour, surface finishing and Logo decoration for aluminium cosmetic bottles, spray bottles, beverage bottles and aluminium jars. This service is intended for importers, packaging distributors and private-label brands purchasing repeat OEM and bulk orders.
Decoration begins after the bottle model, capacity, neck, closure and internal coating requirements have been reviewed. Confirming the bottle first prevents artwork or colour decisions from being applied to an unsuitable structure.
Base Finish and Custom Colour Selection
The aluminium surface, coating method and selected finish all influence the final colour appearance. Buyers can begin with a natural brushed aluminium look or develop a custom coated finish based on an approved colour reference.
Project confirmation normally covers:
- Bottle model and decoration area
- Matte, gloss or metallic appearance
- Required colour reference
- Cap, pump or sprayer colour
- Number of artwork and colour versions
- Expected order quantity
- Packing protection for finished surfaces
A digital colour shown on a screen is not a reliable production standard. Physical colour samples should be reviewed where an exact brand appearance is important. Slight variation may still occur between samples and production batches, so the approved range should be agreed before mass production.
Artwork and Print-Position Review
Buyers should provide editable artwork with the required Logo dimensions, colours and print position. The artwork is checked against the available decoration area of the selected bottle.
The review should confirm:
- Correct artwork version
- Logo size and orientation
- Print position
- Number of colours
- Required front and back information
- Bottle seam or geometry limitations
- Barcode or label requirements where applicable
Only “YOUR LOGO” should be used on preliminary visual references when final brand artwork is not yet available. Production artwork must be approved by the buyer before decorated samples or bulk printing begin.
Projects that also require bottle-size changes should complete Bottle Size, Shape & New Tooling before artwork placement is finalized.
Decorated Sample and Pre-Production Approval
A decorated sample allows the buyer to review colour, finish, Logo size, print position and overall appearance on the actual aluminium bottle. Existing-model samples normally require approximately 7–12 days, depending on decoration and component availability.
Before bulk production, approval should cover:
- Bottle and closure combination
- Colour and surface appearance
- Artwork content and position
- Print clarity
- Sample-to-artwork consistency
- Label or barcode placement
- Packing method
The approved sample and signed artwork become the working references for production. Further processing details are explained under Printing & Surface Finishing.
Bulk Printing and Appearance Inspection
Bulk decoration is checked against the approved sample and artwork throughout production. Inspection focuses on:
- Colour consistency
- Logo position and orientation
- Print clarity and completeness
- Visible smudging or missing areas
- Surface scratches and dents
- Finish consistency
- Correct quantities by colour or design
Finished bottles require protective handling because coated and printed aluminium surfaces can be scratched during packing and transportation. PE bags, dividers and suitable export cartons can be selected according to the finish and order requirements. Inspection standards are further covered on our Quality Control & Leak Testing page.
MOQ, Lead Time and Quotation Details
Typical MOQ is approximately 5,000–20,000 pieces. The applicable quantity depends on the bottle model, colour, number of artwork versions, printing requirements, closure and packaging.
Mass production usually requires around 25–40 days after the decorated sample, artwork and specification are approved. Multiple colours, special finishes or separate print designs may increase the MOQ and lead time.
For quotation, provide the bottle model or capacity, order quantity, colour reference, editable artwork, Logo dimensions, closure, packaging requirements and destination country.
