OEM Support Based on Your Packaging Application
Aluveriq Packaging develops custom aluminium bottles and jars for importers, packaging distributors, private-label brands, cosmetic and personal-care companies, and selected beverage packaging projects. Customization can start with an existing bottle model or require new tooling when the requested capacity, dimensions, neck or shape cannot be achieved with an available option.
Each project begins with the filling product and intended application. These details affect the internal coating, bottle structure, neck specification and closure selection. We then review the required quantity, bottle capacity, dimensions, surface finish, artwork, packing method and destination-market testing requirements.
Our typical MOQ is approximately 5,000–20,000 pieces. The actual quantity depends on the bottle model, closure, coating, decoration and packing requirements.
Existing Bottle Models or New Tooling
Using an existing bottle model is normally the most practical route for controlling development time, tooling cost and MOQ. Available models can be adapted through closure selection, internal coating, custom colour, printing, labels and packaging.
When an existing model cannot meet the required capacity, diameter, height, shoulder profile or neck structure, we can evaluate new tooling. Buyers should provide a technical drawing, dimensional requirements or a clear reference sample. The project is reviewed for manufacturability before tooling and sampling are confirmed.
The detailed development route is explained on our Bottle Size, Shape & New Tooling page.
Internal Coating, Neck and Closure Confirmation
The bottle, internal coating and closure must be reviewed as one packaging system. A cosmetic lotion, household liquid and beverage product may require different coating and sealing considerations. Buyers should identify the filling product, filling conditions and any required compatibility or migration testing before the final specification is approved.
Closure options can include screw caps, pumps and sprayers made from aluminium, PP, PE or combined components. The bottle neck, thread, liner, dip tube and dispensing component are matched to the approved application. Leak testing is carried out where applicable to the selected bottle-and-closure combination.
See Internal Coating & Closure Matching for the information required before compatibility and closure samples are prepared.
Custom Colours, Printing and Logo Branding
Bottle colour, external finish and logo decoration are developed against confirmed artwork and an approved sample. Buyers should provide editable artwork, required print dimensions, colour references and any restrictions on logo position.
Colour appearance can vary with the aluminium surface, coating system and finish. The approved sample therefore becomes the practical reference for bulk decoration. During production, checks focus on colour consistency, print location, clarity, adhesion, scratches and visible surface defects.
Our Colour, Printing & Logo Branding page explains how artwork, colour references and decorated samples are confirmed.
Private-Label and Export Packaging
Private-label support can include labels, barcodes, PE bags, protective dividers, inner boxes, printed cartons and pallet packing. Packaging is selected according to the bottle finish, closure arrangement, order quantity and shipping method.
Aluminium bottles require suitable protection against scratches, dents and movement inside the carton. Pumps, sprayers or other closures may be fitted or packed separately depending on the approved order specification. Carton marks, barcode details and pallet requirements should be confirmed before packaging materials enter production.
More options are outlined on the Private Label Packaging page.
Sample Development and Pre-Production Approval
Existing-model samples usually require approximately 7–12 days. Projects requiring new tooling normally need around 20–30 days for development, depending on the bottle structure and sample requirements.
Before bulk production, the buyer should approve the relevant items:
- Bottle capacity, height, diameter and shape
- Neck dimensions and closure combination
- Internal coating requirement
- Bottle colour and surface finish
- Logo artwork, position and appearance
- Labels, barcodes and packing method
- Applicable testing requirements
Production does not proceed from a reference image alone. The approved specification, artwork and sample provide the working standard for forming, coating, printing, closure matching, inspection and packing.
MOQ, Production Lead Time and Cost Factors
Typical mass-production lead time is approximately 25–40 days after the sample, specification and artwork are approved. New tooling, special finishes, multiple print versions or custom packaging can affect the schedule.
Quotation and MOQ are influenced by:
- Existing model or new tooling
- Bottle capacity and dimensions
- Internal coating
- Cap, pump or sprayer
- Colour and surface finish
- Logo and printing requirements
- Order quantity
- Individual and export packaging
- Required inspection or third-party testing
Clear specifications allow us to recommend a realistic production route instead of quoting an unsuitable bottle based only on appearance.
Information Required to Start Your OEM Project
Please send the following information for review:
- Filling product and packaging application
- Required capacity and estimated dimensions
- Preferred bottle shape or reference image
- Cap, pump or sprayer requirement
- Estimated order quantity
- Internal coating or testing requirement
- Bottle colour, surface finish and artwork
- Label, barcode and packaging requirements
- Destination country and preferred shipping term
Based on these details, we can review suitable existing models, determine whether new tooling is necessary, confirm a practical MOQ and prepare the appropriate sample-development plan.
